Payment terms will be clearly communicated before the start of each project. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not typically offer refunds once a service has begun, due to the nature of custom digital work. Any refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

We aim to deliver projects within two weeks, depending on project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness. Delays caused by the client (e.g., missing assets, late approvals) may affect delivery timelines.

Provide all required materials, content, and access credentials promptly

Respond to feedback requests and approvals in a timely manner

Review and approve final work before project closure
